At Nova Nutrition SK, we provide Health at Every Size (HAES) -aligned, non-diet nutrition counselling for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support with eating disorders, disordered eating, ARFID, and general relationship with food and body.

We also provide support to clients wanting to better understand the complicated and confusing world of nutrition, using compassionate, evidenced-based guidance. We are always open to providing individualized supportive sessions for other health conditions and concerns.
